Diversity Brings Success
Minnock Construction Company has been a leading builder and developer in the Pittsburgh building industry for nearly fifty years. Founded by Patrick Minnock who emigrated from Ireland to Canada to Pittsburgh as a plasterer. In 1959 he established Minnock Construction Company and began building single-family homes, followed by residential land development, multi-family homes, and commercial buildings.
Minnock Construction Company is known throughout the building community for the “firsts” it brought to Western Pennsylvania. These firsts include self-storage facilities, office condominiums and unique town homes.
Over the past 50 years, Minnock Construction Company has built over 1000 homes, in addition to their commercial projects. Current housing developments include: Sangree Farms in Ross Township, Kinvara in Ross Township, Raintree Manor in Hampton Township, Sewickley Heights Manor in Aleppo Township. Commercial sites include McKnight East Professional Office Park in Ross Township and the Airport Professional Office Center in Moon Township.
